Return Policy

• Returns must be requested within 20 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Bespoke or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at salimmir57@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
